Apartment Review for Trinity Square - Columbus, OH

When Provident United owed it back in 2000 it was just OKAY. Now, it is really gross. The model we were shown had some big guy wearing jeans and looked very unprofessional. Nice though. The carpet was very thin w/ stains all over, the doors were the old brown wood w/ four different colors of paint smeared on them, the fixtures looked like they were from the 60's and never replaced. Also the floors creaked with every step and were unlevel, they look really rough as if they were abanonded. The area--where should I start: Many, many robberies, gun shots fired, shady people lurking around at all hours, and yes there are groups of people hanging out on their patios drinking 40's (I'm not kidding). Lots of ethnic backgrounds which love to stare at you while you get your mail. I've seen 8 hispanic people get out of a Ford Escort to do 20 trash bags full of laundry at the on-site location then blast polka music while they watch you. African's with bad attitues and white trash--it's all here. It's not safe--not clean--very cheap--and dangerous. Unless you plan on sleeping with a loaded gun under your pillow and 2 large pitbulls, don't risk your life living here. We might see you shot or beat to death on the news.
