Apartment Review for Trinity Square - Columbus, OH

I lived here for 1 year (2005-2006) and I had problems from day one. My apartment flooded 5 times they never changed the carpet so it smelt like mold and they sent the maintenace man out everytime and he never knew what he was doing. They switch owners evey month I swear every time i went into pay my rent someone else had bought the place. The bathroom was nasty the kitchen was nasty. they cheated me out my deposit said i left the apartment a mess it looked better then when we first moved in and when i asked for the corporate number the lady in the office gave me the run around and when i found out the name of the people who own them (fleetwood management) i gave my name and number a couple of times and no one would return my call. I saw a roach in the dishwasher (gross) the front door knob was broken for a least 2months before they would do anything, Someone broke into my car and stole my cd player, there are no lites in the parking lot at all. there was a corner store next door and they used to play loud music at 3 in the morning.This place is a hot mess and should be Condemned i wouldn't let a dead dog live here. All I can say is i got what i paid for
