Apartment Review for Trinity Square - Columbus, OH

I've lived here for 4 years. The entire complex is so run down, they need to tear it all down and rebuild from the ground up. The floors are very weak, the maintenance are never helpful, whenever you have a problem, they never act. When maintenance finally does show up, they don't hardly fix any of the problems. Very bad mouse and roach infestation, so bad the Orkin man can't even fix the problem. AC units blow through freon like it was nothing, the furnace and AC units are ancient, they refuse to fix or replace either of the two, we had a gas leak and the maintenance man said "it's not my problem" and just walked away. One woman got taken away in an ambulance from intake of toxic fumes a couple years ago. Maintenance crew constantly changes and nothing ever gets fixed around here. If you even see a maintenance man, they're never unable to fix the simplest things if they even come at all. Managers change every other month, and the owner is constantly trying to change our standing contract which we all signed our names to, trying to break it with new rules and expectancies, which is ILLEGAL AS ALL HELL to begin with. Eviction threats are handed out left and right, and the crime and loudness of the neighborhood is the worst I've ever seen. There is a hole in the cement on the 2nd floor by the stairs, and they just cover it up with a block of wood. This place should be reported to the county clerk's office IMMEDIATELY! We as residents of the Trinity Square should all get together and report this place at once! It's unsafe and unhealthy and should be condemned! Do NOT live here, for the love of GOD!
