Apartment Review for Trinity Square - Columbus, OH

Run and don't look back does not even touch how you feel after living here for several years. I my self have been living at this complex for almost three years and will be happy when I am able to leave and not look back. We have had several bad roach infestations and once again there coming back. We have had to get our stove replaced and even the one that got replaced is still not the best. Our old stove caught on fire several times and they refused to fix the issues with the old one. The refrigerator was consistently causing our food to go bad. Finely got it replaced after several letter to the complex and now the new refrigerator has some issues it keeps dumping watter into our food and the crisper trays keep filling with water and you have to dump them once a week. Major mouse infestation due to holes in the floor and in the cupboards, we keep finding food in the cupboards with holes and mouse scat all over the cupboards no mater what you try to do they keep getting in. The windows need to be replaced cold and hot air consistently coming into the unit due to improper insulation. The walls have cracks in them where the building has been settling and none of them have been repaired. The heating is far from from what you would expect from such a small place. The furnace is very old and so noisy that when its on you barely can hear tv or other people. The ac unit is not working so during the summer you have to live with the heat and when trying to talk to the management of the complex they let you know that there working on it and please bare with the heat. The maintenance of the complex is not even there. They are consistently running around claiming they are working on things where I have not see one thing fixed. The lights for the stairways keep going out after they fix them. The lighting for security in the parking lots does not even work if they do there only for only a few moments then turn right back out. there is consistently issues with crime in the area. I see the police in the area all the time. One time they were on our floor and told us to please stay inside there is a very dangerous person living near us and need to take care of matters. There is a hole on the second floor and is being covered with a board with screws in it. When management had been approached by this issues they let us know that there working on it and is only a temporary fix and that been like this since June. Please what ever you do, please do not subject your self to a living area that you can't trust nor feel safe in. Its not worth putting your life at risk to be living in a cheep area. Run and don't look back, please for the life of God run away, run away!!
