Apartment Review for Twin Creek Apartments - Columbus, OH

You literally get what you pay for here. I lived at Twin Creeks for about a year, and then I moved onto better things.. I've met with the staff management on multiple occasions regarding just issues with electricity, their water pipes, air conditioning and heat not working. Rent issues, you name it, this place has done it wrong. My air conditioning was down for 5 days until the maintenance guy came around. It got upwards to 95 degrees fahrenheit in my apartment, I called twice actually. The staff advised me there was nothing more they could do. I don't mind getting what I paid for I suppose-- a horrible place for a horrible price. The regular staff isn't exactly professional. They're a little I guess "snappy" maybe a little "sloppy" or "unorganized" I would say... if you need a cheap place to stay for a year or so until you get your life together, this is it. Defiantly if you're starting a new life an need to get yourself picked back on your feet. perhaps older people, or new parents. But not someplace you want to stay longer than a year or two. Perhaps it was my perception of bad customer service that I received upon living here. The previous review stated obviously the Staff here are very impolite. Very inconvenienced that they have to help, or service you. And not to mention the way to obtain your mailbox keys when you initially move in are by visiting the local post office (which doesn't even appear to be a post office more like a corner store with a post office sign) ordering them, and then you wait a few weeks. Perhaps this method could be improved alongside of the multiple other improvements this complex needs to make. Do what ya do.
