Apartment Review for University Apartments - Columbus, OH

There's a reason University Apartments always has units available for the stragglers of the University housing crowd. Most everyone is wise to their shenanigans. When I was scheduled to move into my apartment, the window had been shattered and covered with plastic (basement level on 9th and High- not good), the bathroom was a mess, the carpet was covered with the last tenant's debris, and it reeked of gas. I left the apartment in better condition than I found it, and they still took 3/4 of my security deposit. The office workers are surly and unpleasant, and they pester their tenants with walk-throughs that are not at the scheduled time. Under all circumstances, I urge any reading this to avoid U.A. They are all that is wrong with University leasing practices.
