Apartment Review for University City Plaza Apartments - Columbus, OH

These are all 1 bedroom apartments. I had a great experience living there. Although the property is under the name of Kohr Royal Griffith, the building manager , a very nice old guy, gets everything done. All maintenance requests are handled efficiently and quickly. I stayed there for about 2 years and then moved out as I outgrew the place and family. Got all my security deposit returned. One drawback (not if you are from korea or similar culture) is the food smell that lingers in the hallway.
