Apartment Review for University Manors - Columbus, OH

Out of my 6 years and 4 different landlords while attending Ohio State, University Manors was by far the worst. We did not have a working oven or refrigerator for the first month in the lease. We also had a smoking outlet during this time which they told us was low on their list of things to take care of. They refused to take care of issues with the parking lot where we frequently had to park several blocks away because people outside of the apt building were using the lot without repercussion. They also frequently entered the apt unannounced and then were exceedingly rude when we confronted them about it. Avoid this landlord at all costs, there is a very good reason why Ohio State does not list them in their Off Campus Student Housing database.
