Apartment Review for University Village - Columbus, OH

University Village was my worst living experience.

I lived there for a year and I had bugs that never went away. I called the maintenece people who were reliable, but did not solve the problem. They came to my apt. at least once every couple weeks to put the same stuff down that never worked. When I talked to the head of the maintenece dept. she said they were getting a new exterminator that never came. There also was a flood in my apartment. I came home to a bedroom full of standing water because of a water leak from the people that lived on top of me. The things that were damaged they did not replace. One good thing is they did put me in a hotel while they cleaned up. There is no security there!!!! Dont let them tell you otherwise! There was a peeping tom, my bedroom window got a rock thrown through it, my car got keyed, and me and many other people in the parking lot had our car windows busted out. One good thing is the maintence guy Scott he was always nice and never failed to help when there was a problem (which there were many of). Also, the free bus, and there was always parking. But I dont know how safe your car will be once you park it. I would not dare recommend University Village to anyone unless I hated them with a passion!
