Great place for a serious college student to live. Very quiet and the busses are great! COTA and UV bus systems are reliable and have never had a major issue. Great off campus location, close, but not too close to the run down areas off campus. I lived here for 3 years in college and would do it again in a heartbeat.  Need to rent an apartment?
