Apartment Review for University Village - Columbus, OH

There are frequent break-ins in this complex and the management does nothing about it. They installed some sort of trashy locks (claiming that they were the ultimate security tools), two weeks later another break-in and the management sends flyers saying they'll remove the locks! We don't feel safe here at all. Constant ant problem (lower level). The biggest problem though is the noise from above. The walls and the ceilings are so thin, we hear our neighboors going from one room to the other and the ceiling creaks all the time, it's sooo annoying. We wake up when the guys above us wake up, and we can sleep when they do (which they seem to do only rarely!). The management staff are a bunch of sun-tanned teenagers, who work there seasonally. They have no idea what they're doing. The only plus about this place is the free bus service to campus--though it's easy to miss the bus because some drivers leave earlier than their scheduled times.
