Apartment Review for Villa Nova - Columbus, OH

My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments in September because they are located in a great area of Columbus but and it's what we could afford at the time. I was pregnant and I also have a 3 year old little girl, they only offer 1 and two bedroom apartments. There are 3 floors to each of the three buildings. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator not even a service elevator so moving in was really difficult so is bringing in all the groceries after we go shopping. Hauling 2 kids up 3 flights of stairs is no fun either. The property manager is really nice to your face most of the time. People complain about everything here. You can't even have a small argument with someone inside of your OWN apartment without getting written up my boyfriend and I got into an argument and the property manager came to talk to me she told me we were NOT aloud to have a disagreement of any kind within our apt or on the grounds she said that we would have to go somewhere off the property to have a disagreement. What kind of crap is that. I understand that it got a little loud and she had to say something but to tell someone they are not aloud to have a disagreement of any kind in the apartment you pay for or on the grounds is a bit ridiculous and impedes on someone's privacy. I would not recommend anyone with a family live here because it just gets stupid around her the property manager is ridiculous. The maint. is alright for the most part although I asked about 3 months ago for some paint so i could paint over the walls that my daughter colored on and the maint man told me that he would get me a gallon by the end of the week well its been about 3 months and I still have no paint. I'm so glad we will be moving soon
