Seems like a nice place, the neighborhood is safe and the people are friendly but when the lights go out. The bugs come from everywhere. I have seen bugs in my apartment and had to have the place sprayed twice, also all of my friends have had the same problem. I suggest people keep looking for a better place.  Need to rent an apartment?
