Apartment Review for Walnut Glen Apartments - Columbus, OH

I was lied to and treated rudely before I was even approved to live in these apartments. I filled out the application and told them that I had a problem with my previous landlord, that she hated me and that she would not say nice things about me, however I did have very good rental history becuz I always payed my rent on time and never tore up anybody's apartments. There were basically unqualified "kids" working in the office as the leasing staff is what I would call them. The girl who took my app. told me that she would not pay any attention to what my previous landlord said about me personally, but would only pay attention to if I payed my rent ect., and what my other landlords said about me since I had several previous refrences from several apartment places. Then what did they do? They listened to the b that did not like me and payed no attention to my actual rental history and credit. Then they denied me to rent an apartment there based on what this landlord said about me who did not like me. I am a good person and I have rented from HUDD apartments in the past and had no trouble there, so that should say something, but I guess Walnut Glen would only rather rent to undesirables who are ghetto scum and let me tell u something: they have a preference for ppl with dark skin here.. that's their favorites and they r going to pick on the caucasian ppl only because they r afraid of the black ppl. Most likely the maintainance staff is all black too which is why they don't want to fix anything right here either. And when they took me over to show me an apartment, the apartment looked worse than a ghetto apartment. The cabinets were old and it looked filthy like whoever had lived there b4 had been very dirty ppl and the apartmt had not been cleaned very well when they moved out, just maybe given a lick and a promise without bleach or anything. And when we took the golf cart over to look at the apartment, we got attacked by 2 little uncivilized black kids with large sticks. They put the sticks underneath the golf cart when we were inside the apartmt. so when we came back out and the girl backed up in the golf cart, it messed up the wheels. Wow... somebody should call Childrens Services on all the unsupervised little destructive niglets they have running around there. Walnut Glen favors themselves as bragging that "we r not a low income apartment place!" but the black ppl they have living there r just as bad if not worse than Section 8 or HUDD apartment place scum. I bet most of them pay their rent by selling drugs too. I would NEVER live here nor would I EVER even want to TRY to get in here again. The black ppl have ruined it all and turned it into another bip-boppin rappin nigga party zone w/cockroaches too. Don't u dummies know that black ppl are known for having roaches and bedbugs?
