Apartment Review for Westborough Village - Columbus, OH

We have lived in Westborough for 3 years now and it has been an uphill battle with maintenance and the office staff throughout. For example, our dishwasher broke on Friday. We called early Friday afternoon to report it, but the office was closed (although their hours state they should still be open). We called again on Monday and they told us they would fix it by Tuesday at 5:00 at the latest. It is now Tuesday at 4:30 and I just called the office - They said they will come tomorrow. This is so typical of them. We have had so many maintenance complaints: flooding, broken AC, mold, etc, etc . . . they seems to try to do things as cheaply as possible and the repairs do not last. They have been to our unit at least 8 times in the last few months to fix our AC which keeps breaking. We have been without AC through weekends and many weekdays through the summer. We love our neighbors, but I would most definitely NOT rent from Mara Enterprises again.
