Apartment Review for Westview Gardens Apartments - Columbus, OH

When i first moved in here my carpets looked like they were spray painted brown. The upstairs has cigeratte burns in the carpet. The managment said they were going to put new carpet in my unit but they lied.The apartment acrossed the street had so many roaches it was un real, you could see the roaches crawling around in the parking lot and in the grass coming from that apartment. They have stray cats running around shitting in everyones yard in the summer causing alot of flies. You have prostitues running around on crack in front of kids playing outside, You have alot of people bringing shopping carts in the complex there tons of carts by all the dumpters enough to play on a race track with.. Trash everywhere including outside of the dumpsters which is causing rats and there going into peoples apartments. There is one maintence guy who like to hang out and get high with certain residents in the complex. They dont do there job when you put in a work order, they make up some stupid excuss that they have to come back to fix what the problem is but they never do, or they say there under new managment but they been here sence febuary. They need to bring back debbie and the old maintence crew because they did a better job at taking care of the residence. You have people stilling cable in broad daylight people smoking pot outside infront of kids,whick shouldnt go on. Theres doors busted in to empty apartments. What would the fire marshal,health department, and building expecters think? if i turned them in. Theres nowwhere for the kids to play the website for westview gardens has old pictures on it showing how nice the play areas are, but where are they? thats why you see kids playing in the parking alots. These vegas people suck crack, there rude as hell in the office except for the new manager they have which is some new lady. These apartments isnt worth the rent, then to top it off you have very high utility bills which sucks. They do there own landscaping instead of hiring in profesonals which would do a better job.I would ruther live in my car. Dont come here, the vegas liers lie..
