Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Columbus, OH

Only move here if you like paying money for things you have to do yourself. Everything about the apartment is cheap. Like the 1st reviewer said, you must see the apartment that you'll move into. Otherwise your carpet will be stained and they'll expect you to shampoo it before you move. You pay a redecorating fee for them to spray paint. If you're unlucky, AC is from the 50's and not rated for the sq footage its being used for. It's also funny how they changed the name of their complex right after a string of 20 break-ins in a span of 2 months through their basement windows. Please avoid Forest Park Village / Whispering Pines
