Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Columbus, OH

As mentioned in a prior review, they do everything they can to prevent you from seeing a unit before you sign your lease!! The model is superb, but the actual units are a mess!!! After cleaning and disinfecting the fridge and stove, the thought of cooking anything in that kitchen makes my skin crall. My finished basement is saturated after a heavy rain only a few days after moving in. Glad I didn't put anything down there yet. Thought it was a good deal for the space for the money, but remember, you get what you pay for. Plus its very loud around here! Lease has an early termination clause; just moved in and have already decided to come up with the amount I need to get out of here. Carpet is scary.
