Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Columbus, OH

The place kind of looks nice when you drive through, but watch out for the broken beer bottles when you walk. There is no security here. I have been here for 6 months and they keep telling me they are in the process of hiring someone. The exercise room has never been open since I moved here. Maintenance staff is over worked and understaffed. My main toilet does not flush properly. The water heater leaked for 5 months before they looked at it. It was the hot water leaking so it probably cost me an extra $70 a month on my gas bill. There is not enough parking for the residents. And there are gangs of little kids running and screaming unsupervised all afternoon and evening. Oh and did I mention I was broken into through the basement window. There have been tons of these type of break ins, but they told me it was my responsibility to put bars on the basement windows. Did I mention there is no security. If you can find someplace else at this price, check it out. This is like living in hell.
