Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Columbus, OH

I have recently moved out of Forest Park/Whispering Pines. The crime is terrible. My husband was robbed at gunpoint right in front of our apartment. Office had nothing to say, they didn't care. Maintenance is terrible!!! We had water stains on our ceilling from the roof leaking and the ceilling was falling in through our living room. Maintenance said they could not fix due to the office not approving the repairs. The noise is out of control. The price for the apartments is cheap for the area and space, but remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I lived there for two years and TRUST ME every review on here is true. These people reviewing the apartments are not lieing. Spend your well earned money somewhere else.
