If I had to sum this place up in one word it would be 'yuck'. I'm just now moving out this month due to the crime, graffiti, domestic violence, parking problems, trash, and horrible horrible maintenance. Oh yeah, did I mention the water here is frequently shut off?? You'll love that. Please, do yourself a favor, do not move into this ghetto slum!  Need to rent an apartment?
