Don't Do It!!!! There is bed bugs in complex!

I have lived in other places where the neighborhood is worse, but never had bed bugs. They are almost impossible to get rid of. Moving is only an option if you can afford to replace all your belongings. The parking is horrible, the maintenance sucks and the unit I moved into hadn't even been fully painted or cleaned. Move somehere else!  Need to rent an apartment?
