Apartment Review for Wilson Court Apartments - Columbus, OH

I lived at Wilson Court for over a year, in the beginning everything was great. Then the new management took over, and it was horrible ever since. The new landlord had a problem with me from the beginning, because she was trying to eliminate all the dogs, which I had two. She would constantly harass me about my animals, and when she would speak to me she was very rude. I even had one experience on the phone with her where she wanted me to pay $65 for a trash bag on my back patio, which was only there because she had removed the dumpsters due to the parking lot being repaved. She used foul language with me, and ended up hanging up on me. She had an officer come to my house right up to my front door and remove my tags off of my vehicle because they were expired on her property, and then tried to have it towed. I didn't even know that was legal, but apparently it is when it's private property and the landlord calls. Eventually, when I decided to move, I cleaned the apartment to look NEW, and now I find that she has tried to charge me : $50 to clean stove, $50 to clean fridge, $150/piece for cleaning each room, and many, many, many more ridiculous charges out of spite. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
