Apartment Review for Woodlands Apartments - Columbus, OH

I suggest you think carefully before moving here. It was better when Equity had it. They took care of any problems right on the spot. But when the new management came in, that's when things went downhill. Maintenance? Where are they? They can't even fix the security light, never mind cleaning out the gutters. The staff are lazy, playing around in the office ( the office hours are stupid, by the way), and many promises to fix and upgrade the property were never kept. Water rates keep going up, which I think is a sly way to make rent increases and have no one to pinpoint the blame on. No individual water meters. I stayed here because it was quiet and easy to get to the freeway and work, but I need more room, and a office staff who at least gives a damn, besides collecting rent checks. It's all electric, which is good these days. Decent parking, if you live in the right spot. And of course, it's gone downhill even more because they are renting to anybody who breathes and walks through the door. You can find somewhere better for the money. You've been warned.
