Apartment Review for Wyandotte Village - Columbus, OH

In the time we lived there, the property changed management 3 times and owners once. It went from being a safe place to live where you could have cook outs in the yard with your neighbors to where you had to keep your doors locked at all times and there were helicopters chasing criminals through your yard because they were your neighbors!

Despite the age of the apartment (30+years) the management did a pretty good job of maintaining fair usage quality. The appliances were always at least usable.

Don't take them for thier word though. GET EVERYTHING in writing. They cannot be trusted to keep thier word. We were victim of that.
